1 Combineeggs,mayonnaise,
mustardandherbsina medium
bowl.Seasontotaste.
2 Spreadbutteroverbreadslices;
tophalfthesliceswitheggmixture
andwatercress,thenremaining
bread.Cutanddiscardcrusts;
cuteachsandwichinto three
finger sandwiches.

juice
1 cupicecubes

1 tablespoonpomegranate
seeds(arils)


1 Cutlimeintoquarters.Using
muddler,crushtwolimewedges
ina cocktailshakerwithvodka,
sugarandpomegranatejuice.
Addicecubes;shakevigorously.
Strainintoice-filledglass;stirin
pomegranateseeds.Garnish with
remaining lime pieces.
