1 Heatoilina non-stickfryingpan
overmediumheat.Cookschnitzelfor
4 minutesoneachsideoruntilcrisp,
goldenandcookedthrough.Drain
onpapertowel.Cool;slicethinly.
2 Combinewombokand vinegar in
a smallbowl;season.
3 Laya sheetofbakingpaperon
a choppingboard;topwithbread.
Spreadeachslicewithbutter;turnso
buttered-sidefacesdown.Top2 slices
ofbreadeachwith2 slicesofcheese,
halftheschnitzelandhalfthewombok
mixture.Topwithremaining bread,
buttered-sideup.
4 Preheata sandwichpress;toast
sandwichesinhotsandwichpressfor
