Warning! Embarrassingly bad pun overload to follow:
Don’t be a ‘heel’. Show a little ‘sole’, just as Sarah Khandjian
did when she ‘pumped’ up her shoe style. And she was
no ‘loafer’ ... she set about using tassels and pompoms
as ankle-strap furbelows so she could put her best
(and brightest) foot forward. This is one crafty
creator who’s never going to ‘toe’ the fashion line.

GRANDMA

S NOT TO
BE SNEEZED AT!
Isn’t this a lovely way to make a memory quilt – with a collection
of Gran’s floral handkerchiefs? By their very nature they work
beautifully together, and they are a lasting tribute to a wonderful
relative. This is the work of Tina Egner, of Emily Ann’s Kloset
(website: http://www.onelittlepooh.net; email: [email protected]).

SPOOL STOOLS
These may cost more than a regular reel of thread,
but they’re also a whole lot more comfortable! They
are stools, and they come in 16 dif erent colours,
so you’re bound to be able to find one or two to
suit your studio. Measurements are 45.5 x 30cm
(17.9 x 11.8in), and they’re made
from sustainably sourced
wood certified to FSC®
standards. Interested? Then
go to Monoculo Design Studio,
monoculodesign.com, or direct
link through to the stools at
