15 in his homeland, France. His
career has seen him work with
Tim Beylie at Vue de Monde and
then running Chez Dre's bakery
section. Matched by business
partner, Marion Obio David's
years of experience running
front of house operations for
Baker D. Chirico, this team mean
business in the bakery world.

Adele Bates, skilfully capitalised
on the corner location, opening
multiple aspects to heighten the
customer experience. Textured
cement render is accentuated
with bold, dark timber box-frame
openings that draw the eye into
the internal operations. Dowel
Jones lighting and Academy Tiles
work together to accentuate the
dark colour scheme which
balances the warm tones of
the bread and pastries.
