Foxtel INSIDER

This week, Foxtel’s Group Director of Product & Development MIKE IVANCHENKO

answers your burning questions about Foxtel’s products and services

A:

There’s so much that’s great

about iQ3, starting with the

ability to pause and rewind live

television when life inevitably gets

in the way of your viewing habits.

Arrived home late from work only to

find you’ve forgotten to record your

favourite show and the episode is

halfway through? Fret no more, as the

Start Over
^
function has you covered.

In the TV Guide, look for the arrow

symbol on programs where Start Over

is available and press play. With iQ

you also have the ability to record

up to three shows at the same time

while watching a fourth live, making

it the perfect addition for any busy

family. Speaking of recording, there’s

no excuse not to record your favourite

series as iQ3 has three times the

recording space of iQ2, which is

the equivalent of a whopping 345
~

standard definition shows.

Q:

All my friends are

talking about iQ3.

What’s so good about it?

Q:

I missed last night’s episode of

Crimes That Shook Australia. Is

there a way that I can still watch it now?

A:

Absolutely! And it couldn’t be easier.

With On Demand* you can catch up on

shows you’ve missed as well as unlock a new

world of programs and complete seasons

from your package, ready anytime you like.

New episodes of Crimes That Shook Australia

season three are added each Sunday, after

it airs on Crime + Investigation, while seasons

one and two are also in the library. And

because it’s a local production it will always

be available. All you need to get started is

to connect your internet-enabled iQ box to

the internet. On your remote control, press

the TV Guide button, then scroll across to the

On Demand tab to begin. Happy viewing!

Q:

I’m looking for a specific show

On Demand, can I search by title?

A:

You sure can. There’s a search button

on the remote control right below the

TV Guide button that will take you straight to

the search page. Alternatively, along the top of
