We go to various services around the world,
from New Zealand to Gallipoli, and this year
we’ll be crossing to France for the centenary
commemorations of the end of WWI.
Out of the 2018 coverage I hope viewers get
a sense of what our nation is doing to honour
the service of our military today and over
decades past, with historians giving us context
of the battles we’re commemorating, but also
hearing from modern-day personnel too,
because that is just as important.
As a country, ANZAC Day is a day to
remember values we hold dear: mateship,
egalitarianism, courage and sacrifice.”
