exterior tiles. A solid inlaid-timber door opens to the staircase and
four-storeyvoidalongsidearecycled-brickwallthatappearsoriginal,
butisn’t.“Theneighbouringfactorywasbuiltbeforethisoneand
they probably thought, let’s save money and not build that wall,
so they borrowed from it. It’s such a Balmain thing,” says Shaun.
