here is Kylie Jenner? It’s the

question that’s plagued

everyone for close to a year,

with only one confirmed

sighting of the pregnant

reality star five months

ago – albeit fleeting. But on January 24, the

Lip Kit mogul came out of hiding... and much

to everyone’s surprise, the 20-year-old was minus

what should have been a sizeable baby bump.

Jordyn Woods, the star covered her body in an

oversized black tracksuit. But the baggy ensemble

wasn’t enough to hide the fact that she was not

pregnant, and with her February due date upon

us, it seems the star has already given birth.

‘Kylie doesn’t look heavily pregnant. Looks

like she [is] 10-15 weeks preggo or a woman

that recently gave birth,’ suggests one online

commentator, with another adding, ‘I think

she already had the baby... why hide all this

time and come out now?’

That’s a good question. In fact, the January 24

sighting was the first time that Kylie – who has

been preparing to welcome a baby girl with

boyfriend Travis Scott – has been seen out since

September. ‘She has completely fallen off the

map,’ admits a friend, adding that despite Kylie’s

recent stealth outing, ‘If you want to see her,

you really have to come over to her house.’

Her choice to live like a recluse adds intrigue

to an already strange situation. Kylie had only

been dating rapper Travis, 25, for two months

before she learnt she was expecting. Then the

cosmetics mogul all but vanished. She even

skipped the annual Kardashian Christmas

card photo shoot – which many suspected

would be her big pregnancy reveal.

So why has Kylie been MIA? Many theories

have swirled since her pregnancy news broke –

including one that she was the surrogate for sister

Kim’s third child Chicago West, who was born on

January 15 – but insiders have revealed the real

reason. During what should be the happiest time of

her life, Kylie is said to be miserable, holed up in her

Hidden Hills estate while she struggles with issues

including pregnancy weight panic, baby daddy

dramas, money woes and first-time mum jitters.

‘Pregnancy has been hell for Kylie,’ an insider

reveals. ‘She’s crying every day. Kylie thought

having a baby would be a dream come true,

but instead it has been her biggest nightmare.

Some days she feels like her life is falling apart.’

The reality star rarely leaves her mansion. ‘Kylie

made the decision early on in her pregnancy to

cancel every appearance and event and just be

home by herself,’ says a pal. Far from the glamorous

parties, product launches and red carpets that used

to make up her day-to-day, Kylie’s schedule now

consists of sleeping late, binge-watching Stranger

Things and indulging in her favourite foods.

Her loved ones are growing concerned. ‘They’re

really worried about what staying in hiding for 10

months is going to do to her emotionally,’ says

the friend. ‘She’s missing a year of her life.’
