to fall in love with the
Perth firefighter all over again as our
brand-new Bachelor!
Though Cam has yet to confirm his
appointment, his good mate Matty
Johnson is pretty sure Cam is just
keeping mum on the exciting news.
‘We’ve still got a group chat with a lot
of the guys from that season of The
Bachelorette, so as soon as the stories
[about Cam being the next Bachelor]
came out, we messaged Cam and were
like, “Tell us exactly what’s happening!”’
Matty, 30, exclusively tellsOK!. ‘He
denied it to us, but we know if he was
going to be the Bachelor, he would
have to deny it.’The hottie might even be joined by
his equally gorgeous brother Kyle in
a special ‘double Bachelor’ season!
Cam declined to comment when
OK! reached out; but Matty says he
would ‘100 per cent’ push him into
wearing the Bachie crown. ‘He would
be an amazing Bachelor!’ insists Matty,
who found love with Laura Byrne as
last year’s leading lad. ‘I can’t believe
he’s still single. I’d be more than willing
to give him a few pointers and tips
before he goes into filming.’
Despite some insiders saying Cam’s
having doubts, there are plenty of clues
he’s already signed on, including his
absence from the Bachelor in Paradise
line-up. And while the 28-year-old’s
previously said, ‘I’m not sure if I’d be
any good at [being the Bachelor]’, he
admits that he’d ‘definitely consider it’.
