bars after being officially charged for

attacking a policeman during a wild

night in Florida on December 24.

The news comes after Luann, 52,

returned to her New York pad after a brief stint

in rehab. ‘It’s good to be home,’ she tweeted on

January 23. ‘I’m doing great. Spending time

with friends and family. Thanking everyone

for your good wishes and support.’

However, her joy may be short-lived, now

that Luann is facing up to five years in prison

for charges including resisting an officer with

violence, and trespassing and disorderly

intoxication. Luann had been scheduled

to face court over the charges on January 24.
