Puma’s En Pointe Collection,
it’s clear Selena Gomez is
in the shape of her life. Not
bad for someone who freely
admits she used to be a huge
junk food addict!
‘When I look at my
body now, I just see life,’
says the 25-year-old
singer and actress, who
made being healthy
her top priority after
undergoing a kidney
transplant last year.
The woman behind her

Selena to love being fit. ‘I’ve never weighed
her,’ Amy says. ‘But ultimately, a body that
eats well and works is going to look better.’
Working with Amy, Selena does ‘everything
from Pilates to hiking to dance cardio to circuit

training to yoga and spinning.’ Also a fan of
boxing, Sel’s been known to pop in for a power-
packed session at New York studio Rumble,
which is also a favourite of actress Hilary Duff.

While Selena’s diet used
to be a smorgasboard
of salty junk foods, like
pizza and Cheetos, Amy
says she’s now more

, vinegar and lemon juice.
But there’s still room for a few treats here
and there. ‘I want to live my life like a French
person,’ Amy says. ‘I don’t believe in denying
yourself, but I also believe in moderation.
Life is too short not to enjoy food.’

TIP
Sel’s a fan of hot
Pilates, and has
even taken boyfriend
Justin Bieber for
a sweat-fuelled
session in West
Hollywood.
