5 MONEY TREE
PREP 25 MINUTES MAKES 1

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons crushed
chocolate biscuits over frosted
cupcake. Secure 5 Mars Pods
together, upside down, using a little
melted milk chocolate. Refrigerate
until set, then position in centre of
cupcake for trunk, pushing into icing.
Cut 4 spearmint leaves in half
horizontally. Using picture as a guide,
position spearmint leaves, cut−side
down, onto trunk, securing with a
little melted chocolate.

6 TALL CACTUS
PREP 25 MINUTES MAKES 1

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons crushed
chocolate biscuits over frosted
cupcake. Tint 1 tablespoonfrosting
green; spoon into a small piping bag
fitted with a 5mm fluted tube. Push
1 thin wafer stick into centre of
cupcake; break another thin wafer
stick into 2 pieces, push into cake on
either side. Pipe small stars all over
wafer sticks to make
cactus. Using tweezers,
carefully position long
white sprinkles on cactus
for spikes.
