“All players are under pressure at
this stage of the season to earn a
new deal,” he admits. “That is
football. It is a good kind of
pressure because it pushes you to
be the best you can be.
“Whether I am captain or not, I
want to help the under-18s to the
best finish we have ever had and
make sure that every performance
is solid from this point.
“All I can do is focus on myself and
the team. The rest will take care of
