“A good night’s sleep keeps my
mind and body healthy. And I am
one of those who needs at least
eight hours of sleep to focus on
my work!
“I prefer sleeping on a fi rm
mattress, something that is not
too soft nor too hard, as it is
comfortable and supports my
back.
“I also make sure that my bed
linen is washed regularly and
I use a mattress protector to
protect the mattress.”
