WHAT IS MASSAGE THERAPY?
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues
in the body including muscles, connective tissues,
tendons, ligaments and joints. It includes pressing,
rubbing and kneading of muscles and joints of the
body to unchain sore muscles and stimulate blood
circulation to detox and reboot the body. Massages can
range from light stroking to deep pressure to energy
work like polarity therapy and chakra balancing. It
is a pathologically-concerned healthcare option that
alleviates discomfort associated with the real world
like professional stress, robust misuse and lingering
pain conditions.
