INGREDIENTS
250 gm dark chocolate
110 ml cream
5-7 gm orange zest
Cocoa powder for rolling
METHOD
- Melt the dark chocolate using a
double boiler and set aside.
- Heat the cream in the microwave
for 1.5 mins. - Add the orange zest to the cream
and let it infuse for 5 mins. - Heat the cream again for
2 mins. Add it to the melted
dark chocolate and whisk till
combined.
5. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4
hours (up to overnight).
6. Use the mixture to make small
balls and refrigerate till fi rm. Roll
them in cocoa powder till covered
evenly. Refrigerate again for 20
minutes. Serve.
