Serves 4-5
INGREDIENTS
200 gm condensed milk
125 ml chai (made with milk and
without sugar)
100 gm butter
15 gm castor sugar
125 gm fl our
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
METHOD
- Whisk together butter and castor
sugar till light and fl uffy. - Add the condensed milk and chai.
Whisk till it’s mixed well.
- Sift together the fl our, baking soda
and baking powder. Fold into the batter
with a spatula. - Bake at 180 ̊C for 20-22 mins
in a 6” lined cake tin or in muffi n
cases. Serve.
