Serves 4-5


INGREDIENTS
200 gm condensed milk
125 ml chai (made with milk and
without sugar)
100 gm butter
15 gm castor sugar


125 gm fl our
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
METHOD


  1. Whisk together butter and castor
    sugar till light and fl uffy.

  2. Add the condensed milk and chai.


Whisk till it’s mixed well.


  1. Sift together the fl our, baking soda
    and baking powder. Fold into the batter
    with a spatula.

  2. Bake at 180 ̊C for 20-22 mins
    in a 6” lined cake tin or in muffi n
    cases. Serve.
