2 From the foam core cut where
indicated to insert and hot glue a
straw. Hot glue all bases together
like a sandwich. Make sure that
your skewer can slide comfortably
inside the straw.

1 Using template provided, trace
and cut base of cake from the MDF
board, foam core and cake board.

3 Using your base as a template,
cut it from your 25cm cake.

4 Now using a blueprint or
template provided, carve around
the image, first from the top view
then side view. Don’t forget to
remove space for wheels.

5 After carving, ganache and
refrigerate the cake.

6 Once ganache has set hard,
cover with sugaraste and indent all
marks necessary. Use your template
to mark all windows and any
features that the car has.
