The AquaGard 7350 V2 Curve Conveyor chain has

a center bearing to eliminate friction, carry heavy load,

and allow four curves to be driven by a single motor.

This design improves productivity — plus valuable floor space — because the conveyor can make

tight turns around existing machinery and equipment without being hindered by extra motors.

The AquaGard 7350 V2 Curve Conveyor comes with infeed and outfeed sections as short

as 457 mm (18-in.) to let it fit into tighter spaces and make tighter turns. This configuration

allows customers to save space on their production floors or fit the conveyor among pre-

existing machinery.

As the newest iteration of the AquaGard 7350 V2 Conveyor, the modular chain design is

one of the safest options in the industry with openings of less than 4 mm, even in the curves.

This design, along with covering the upper and lower chain edges, provides a safe conveyor

platform by eliminating pinch points for operators.

Now newly upgraded and released are the

HG2G-V5 5.7-in., HG3G-V8 8.4-in., HG3G-

VA 10.4-in., and HG4G-VC 12.1-in. human-

machine interface (HMI) touchscreen models.

These new HMIs make a great fit for both

new and retrofit applications.

For retrofit applications, these High-Performance Series HMIs are direct replacements for

previous models, offering a seamless upgrade path and fitting into the same panel cutouts. All

HMI programming can be converted from existing to these new models, so no new programming

is required.

All updated models use TFT-LCD screens displaying a range of vivid colors, with the three

larger-sized HMIs improving the resolution to 1024x768 pixels, while the 5.7-in. model remains

at 640x480 pixels. The entire range of HMIs in the series offers top-performing brightness,

in this case ranging from 600 to 800 cd/m2, to deliver greater visibility, even in high-glare

locations such as direct sunlight. Backlight life ratings are 100,000 hours minimum.
