Let’s talk about that sweet looking rear end on this Merlot 79. We

love the colour matched canopy – and it’s great seeing a 4WD

owner build something that is capable, but not over the top.

Jack’s added a lift off canopy that’s been fully custom fitted out

with a dual battery system with a BCDC1225 Charger from Redarc,

and a massive 95L upright Fridge. On the other side of the canopy

is his instant hot water system for showers that’s hooked up to a

massive 150L water tank with an electric pump fitted to it.

The detail and custom thought that’s been put into this 79 is

outstanding. Cooky hasn’t just taken it to the shop with a photo of a

another 79 and asked for it like you used to at the hairdressers –

he’s thought about what he wants and how he’ll use it to build

something that suits him. Well done mate – enjoy the travels ahead!
