Now both antennas are mounted, screw both of them into

the fittings on either side of the unit, these are marked to suit

each antenna. The kit comes with a 12v plug, so if you aren’t

going to hardwire your unit, it’s simply a case of plugging it in

every time you want to use it. We are hard wiring ours into the

vehicle and running power via a relay to a switch. This means

we can simply flick a switch on the dash if we want extra

signal when we’re out in the bush!

INTERNAL ANTENNA

Next, you need to find a suitable location for the

internal antenna. It needs to be away from the

external antenna with the ideal mounting position

having a metal plane between each. For us it will

be the bonnet. If you have a roof console, you

might like to mount your antenna on the side of

it. We have chosen to mount our antenna next to

the driver on the side of the dash. Once you have

picked a suitable location, it is simply a case of

cleaning the mating surface and attaching the

double sided tape to your dash.

Although the final step isn’t

on the tools, it is equally as

important. In order to use the

Cel-Fi-GO, you also need to

download the WAVE app and

register your unit. Because

the Cel-Fi-GO is a legal signal

booster it needs to be registered

to be kept track of.

To do this properly, follow these

steps:

1. Download the Wave app to
   your smartphone or computer


2. Open up the App,and pair it
   with your Cel-Fi-GO


3. Check that it has paired
   with your unit and you are
   receiving a good signal.
   Once that’s all done, its time to
   head bush and test your unit
   out! Remember the Cel-Fi-GO
   wont find signal where there
   is none, but it will boost signal
   that is weak.
