revious winners of this award have worked

for tour operators, coach companies, ticket

providers, racecourses, and even world-class

orchestras. Now it’s time to tell us who goes

above and beyond for you when it comes to

your group travel needs and bookings.

The winner will get the recognition they deserve for

the great service they provide in helping to create

memorable experiences for your group.

How to nominate?

• Nominate an individual online now at
  groupleisureandtravel.com/excellence.


• Provide a brief explanation as to why your chosen
  person deserves to win.


• The deadline for nominations is Monday 1st July,
  after which time the team at Group Leisure & Travel
  magazine will draw up a shortlist of four people.


• The four finalists are then featured in the magazine
  and online when readers are then asked to vote for
  their winner.


• The winner will be announced at the Group Leisure
  & Travel Awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel,
  Stadium MK, Milton Keynes on 9th October.

Who can nominate?

Group travel organisers can make as many nominations as

they want. Suppliers and people working for a company in

the travel trade can nominate a maximum of one colleague.

Who can win?

The winner will be someone from a commercial or

charitable supplier to group travel organisers. GTOs don’t

qualify for this award, and besides, they have the GTO of

the Year® to aim for – see page 38.
