The North Yorkshire Moors Railways will take you through
some of the UK’s most beautiful countryside. Passengers
will be transported back to the era when magnificent
steam engines ruled the railways, with daily services
running between Whitby and Pickering. The NYMR offers
discounted rates for pre-booked groups of 20 or more.

If you’re wondering how to keep the younger members of
your group busy during autumn and winter, take them to
Monkey World in Dorset. Here, visitors are immersed into
a wildlife park where you can see chimpanzees rehabilitated
into family groups, Europe’s only orangutan crèche, and
more than 250 rescued and endangered monkeys and
apes. During the winter, the park is quieter and much less
crowded so better suited to groups.

A short
getaway

Nothing beats a crisp walk by the sea
during the cooler months. Potters Resort is
a privately-owned Holiday Village in the UK,
set in 65 acres on the Norfolk coast making it
an ideal choice of accommodation. A range of
breaks are available depending on what your
group want, including relaxing midweeks
to jam-packed weekends and one-
night breaks.
