  • 1 cup fresh
    berries with 175g
    tub diet yoghurt

  • 1-2 slices of lower
    carb breads (see

    page 80) topped
    with one of these:

    • 1⁄3 cup
      reduced-fat
      ricotta

    • 1 Tbsp no-
      added sugar and
      no-added salt
      peanut butter

    • Sliced tomato

    • 50g salt-
      reduced smoked
      salmon and
      cucumber slices

    • ½ small
      avocado

  • 175g diet yoghurt

  • 20-30g unsalted nuts

  • 1 cup fresh berries

  • 20g cheese stick

  • 2 tsp no-added sugar,
    no-added salt peanut butter
    spread on a large celery stick

  • Small tin of tuna (95g)

  • 1 cup vegie sticks with
    1-2 Tbsp cottage cheese

  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • 1 cup homemade
    air-popped popcorn ■
