mayalsobeableto
take part in a genomic

surveyinvestigating
geneticbiomarkers
forfibromyalgia,
accordingto
EpicGenetics,the
companythat
developedthe
FM/abloodtest.
Currently,there
is alsoa clinical
trialunderwayinto
whethertheCalmette-
Guerin(BCG)vaccine
canbeusedtotreat
fibromyalgia.The
BCGvaccinehas
beenknowntoboost
productionofthe
cytokinetumour
necrosisfactor,which
canaidautoimmune
diseases.Theresearch
is expectedtotake
about four years.
