Fleur, who shot to fame as the runner-up on
The X Factor in 2014, always had visions of wearing
something a little bit “out there” on her wedding
day, and her stunning gown by J’Aton Couture,
with its full, flouncy skirt and embellished
strapless bodice, was certainly high fashion and
full of delicious drama.

THE DRESS FACTOR
“It’s a big, big dress,” she laughs. “I had to book an
extra seat on the plane especially. It can’t go in
the hold, it can’t go in my suitcase, so it sat on the
plane with us – I booked it on as ‘Fleur Junior’.”
She had borrowed the gown from luxury
designer bridal retailer The Wedding Club. Her
“something old” was an earring that had belonged
to her late Nana Lily, which she tucked into a
small button bag inside her dress. “Something
new” was her shoes – designed for her by friend
Natalia, whose label Bionda Castana is worn by
A-listers including Jennifer Lopez, Miranda Kerr
and Taylor Swift – and her “something blue” was a
ribbon sewn into the dress.
