Favourite way to recover?
Couch, movie (ideally Karate Kid trilogy, the OG not the Jaden
smith remake travesty) and a block of Cadbury (only immediately
post ironman – banned otherwise).
What are your pre race rituals?
relax and take coffee intake to dizzy new heights, find a good
buffet; go from being terrible on social media to mediocre on social
media (mainly due to Korupt Vision’s terrific influence).

Food wise I’m not fussy but I’ve had my
