Butwhilethebrunettebeautywasableto
onceive Ella and Alexander naturally, the
ouplehavehadahelpinghandthistime
round. ‘When the doctor told her that she
ouldhavetoundergoIVFandriskhaving
wins again if she wanted to get pregnant
ecauseofherage,sheandGeorgedidn’t
ven think twice!’ reveals the insider.

f twins is said to be just what the pair have
eceived! ‘Most people would be terriied
ythisprospect,asAmalandGeorgewere
ust getting their sleep back [to normal] and
heir careers in order, but it’s actually not

With Amal said to be nearing the critical
hree-month mark, George, 57, is determined
omakethemostoftheirtimebeforetheir
rood doubles – with the pair spotted enjoying
number of adults-only dinners in Sardinia,
Italy. It was there that Amal was seen sporting
what appeared to be the beginnings of a baby
bump on June 4. ‘He and Amal are really
enjoying this special time together, the early
days of the pregnancy- and have told Ella
and Alexander to
expect new siblings
in just about six

Despite George previously admitting that
he wasn’t sure fatherhood was for him, Amal
says it’s the actor’s greatest role yet. ‘Seeing
you with our children, Ella and Alexander,
is the greatest joy in my life,’ she told him in
a touching tribute earlier this month. ‘You
ill our home with laughter and happiness,
andthat’sevenbeforethechildrenhave
workedoutthat“Dada”isactuallyBatman,
a talking fox, and friends with Mary Poppins.’
Still,theduoknowthey’vegottheir
work cut out for them. ‘Having twins is so
much work – and Ella and Alexander are
no exception,’ says the insider. ‘Alexander
throws brilliant tantrums when he is angry
and Ella whines and cries a lot when she
goes to sleep.’
However, they couldn’t be more in love
with their little ones, and can’t wait for the
arrival of their two new bubs. ‘[he twins]

Having kept the twins out
of the spotlight for the past
year, fans are now seeing
little glimpses of Ella and
Alexander – and they
certainly take ater their
parents! ‘[Ella] just has that
daintiness and that beautiful
glow like Amal,’ their nanny
Connie Simpson gushes.
‘The look that George has
in his movies, [Alexander]
was showing that, too.’Sandra Bullock admits her 2010 divorce
from Jesse James almost jeopardised the
adoption of her son Louis. ‘I couldn’t melt
down,’ she explains. ‘When you adopt a
child, they’re “placed”. The child can still be
taken away. So I spent six months proving
that I could be a worthy single parent.’
Nowadays, theOcean’s 8actress, 53, is
happier than ever. Louis, now eight, and his
sister Laila, six, even helped her find love
with her boyfriend Bryan Randall! ‘Children
