she’s taking a more chilled approach to

adds. ‘To achieve that,
we need to feel our best, so we should
motivate each other to eat healthy and
expand on things we love doing.’
Her main advice? ‘Just be kind
to yourself, and don’t put too
much pressure on yourself.’
