Apply a wash of shim

sapphire shadow over your e

lid, buffing the colour into your inner

corner and around the lower lash line,

all the way back to your outer corner.

Apply an aqua shade to the

outer corner, blending out into

a wing. Once your shape is in

place, take a fluffy shadow

brush and blend, blend, blend

so that the blue looks a little

washed-out, like a watercolour.

Finish with

mascara on your

top and bottom

lashes to anchor the

colour, a oilà!
