PREPARATION

1 Pre-heat the oven (fan-assisted 160°C, conventional 180°C).

2 Place all the ingredients into a food processor or hand mixer with

dough hooks, and process into a dough. Wrap the dough in cling

fi lm and leave for 30 minutes.

3 Roll the dough to a thickness of around 4mm, and cut out

some Christmas-themed shapes.

4 Cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Use a fork

to prick each cookie several times, and then lay them on

the baking tray.

5 Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

6 Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly ajar, and allow

the cookies to harden for one hour.

Your dog will not be able to resist the

enticing smell of these cinnamon cookies!
