Raise a glass to fi rst

Bond girl Honey Ryder

with this sweet but

sharp tipple. Drink from

a freshly sourced seashell

for that authentic (but

rather salty) experience.

60 ml gin 2 tsp honey

15 ml lemon juice

Stir ingredients in a cocktail

shaker until the honey

dissolves add ice shake

and strain into a martini

glass. Garnish with a slice

of lemon peel.
