Kirby Battle Royale
Kirby’s had some great adventures over the years, but this one doesn’t
feature any platforming – instead it’s a competitive game, best played
with mates or
online! There
are ten different
mini-games to play
through, including
a battle mode,
and while some of
them are pretty fun
we wish there was
more to do in here!
The story mode
isn’t super exciting
either. Kirby’s still
cool though, and
we liked that he
still brings his copy
abilities into these
games!
AO Tennis
It’s been ages since we had a good tennis game to play, YAKs, but
sadly we don’t think AO Tennis is as good as some of the classics,
like Top Spin 4 or Virtua Tennis 3! The controls are really awkward
on this one, meaning that it’s hard to line up those perfect shots. Doubles mode is kind of broken
too, so we didn’t have much fun with it! AO Tennis has its moments, but we’re still waiting for an
AWSM current-gen tennis game!
