I love the freedom of the program
and rolling over Points, zero Points meals
and not tracking as much. As a busy
mum, these are all great time savers.

I have mostly been maintaining
on the program as I’m at my Goal
weight – however, I dropped 1.5kg
in the first week.

HOW ARE YOU INCORPORATING
ZERO POINTS FOODS?

A


Most of the time our family dinners
are low or 0 SmartPoints now. We
have a lot of lean protein with salads,
vegies and lentils. Looking up recipes on
the app helps keep our meals exciting and
delicious. We’re also incorporating more
seafood, which is great. My go-to snack
most days is yoghurt with berries – so
filling, delicious and zero Points!

WW teaches you how to eat for a
healthy life. It’s also helping me teach
my children about good healthy eating and
healthy habits in general. There is so much
