Weight Watchers Australia - March 2018

(Ann) #1
I can still really enjoy all the
food I love. When I’m out and about
I’m no longer stressed about what I can or
can’t eat. With New WW Your Way+ I can
follow the plan easily at home and out.

Q

HOW MUCH WEIGHT HAVE YOU
LOST ON THE NEW PROGRAM?

A

I have dropped 2kg, but I’m really
just maintaining as I am already
at Goal.

Q

HOW ARE YOU INCORPORATING
ZERO POINT FOODS?

A

Where do I start? I incorporate
them throughout my day as parts
of a meal or as stand-alone foods. At
the beach when my daughter might
have chips, I buy fresh prawns. If
I’m grocery shopping and hungry
(dangerous, I know!) I’ll buy
a quarter roast chicken (the
wing and breast) for a snack.
Breakfast might be apple
pancakes using eggs, or an
omelette. For lunch I now have
chicken in a salad or baked. My
favourite dinner is now salmon.
I have boiled eggs, fruit, natural Greek
yoghurt or even homemade hummus
and tzatziki with carrot sticks for
snacks. The options are endless and
it’s so exciting to create and realise the
potential of the zero Points foods.

Q

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE
NEW PROGRAM TO SOMEONE
INTERESTED IN JOINING WW?

A

This is the best and easiest
program yet. You can enjoy all your
favourite foods and still feel really
satisfied. And what’s more, Weight
Watchers has introduced over 200
new zero Points foods – I know, zero
Points! When people say it’s a lifestyle,
this really is one I could live forever.
