“I may not have time to track
every day, but when I do, and if
I’m not satisfied with what the
scales are telling me, at least
I can look back to see where
I went wrong,” Angela says.
“Attending meetings is
important too, and I still attend
most weeks. Even though I’m
a lifetime member I continue to
learn from other members in
my meetings. I get off the train
one stop early and walk the
long way to work, which takes
about 40 minutes. It’s good to
keep moving.
“I surround myself with
supportive people. My husband
is my number-one support
person and has been since day
one, which I will always be
grateful for. You’ve got to
believe in yourself.”
