Dear Reader,
I feel thrilled to present the new-look Life Positive to you. We toiled
for months to design the new layout, in an effort to contemporise
LP’s look and appeal.
Even though LP has been swamped by your love and admiration
for its content, we felt that we had to keep pace with the changing
times and give the magazine a distinct cutting edge. We want to
touch new horizons and realise that the flight cannot happen on old
and weary wings. LP has to sprout new feathers to soar to higher
peaks of excellence and recognition. Meetings were held, ideas
were thrashed, content was written and rewritten, experts were
hired, and plenty of groundwork was done to birth the new LP.
The Divine also played His part by serendipitously sending me
people, resources, advice, and aid, to help me execute this task to
the best of my abilities. The pages have gone up to a 100 in number
and their size, too, has increased, giving more room to the designer
to express his creativity. Do write back to tell us how you liked it.
Your feedback is eagerly awaited.
As of this issue, we have started a new column called Guruspeak,
where four gurus will share their gyan over a period of one year.
The first guru to feature is Brahmarishi Mohanji, who has become a
force to reckon with in the spiritual world.
The cover story for February is on the Zen of eating right. With
culinary art acquiring industrial proportions all over the world,
it has become a real challenge to know what to eat, when to eat,
and how to eat, to stay healthy. Punya Srivastava
demystifies this puzzle and offers a simple, easy to
understand, and doable checklist. Wishing you a joyous
