1x 31g wholemeal pita pocket
1 tbs passata
50g peeled green prawns
5 0g broccolini, cut in 5cm
lengths
3 0g baby bocconcini cheese,
sliced
½ long fresh red chilli,
deseeded, thinly sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
10g baby rocket leaves

1 Preheat grill on medium-high. Place pita pocket on
a baking tray and grill for 1 minute each side until
just toasted.
2 Spread pita with passata (Italian tomato puree).
Top with prawns, broccolini, cheese and ¼ of the
chilli. Grill for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted
and prawns are cooked through.
3 Meanwhile, combine oil, lemon juice, lemon zest
and remaining chilli in a bowl. Top pizza with rocket
and drizzle with chilli oil to serve.
