STEPH’S TOP TIP
“Motivation
comes from
within. You
can’t rely on
anyone else to
get you to
Goal.”

BEFORE

FINDING HER CALM
Becoming more active while
losing weight was a turning
point for Stephanie’s physical
and mental health.
“I started taking the kids on
a half-hour walk every day and
soon we were doing 7km walks
with Eddie in the pram and
Millie on her little skateboard.
“We still like to have a picnic
and play in the park then walk
home again. I’m not really a
gym person, but walking every
day is a good habit to take up.”
Her next big breakthrough
was when she discovered the
healing powers of yoga.
“I was a shy and anxious
child, always overthinking
things. I grew up being very
critical of myself and my mind
chatter was often negative. I’ve
found that doing yoga keeps
me strong physically and also
keeps my mind in the right
space,” she says.
“I go to yoga classes three
times a week now, which helps
keep me in a positive mindset.
When I’m doing yoga I’m just
breathing and stretching my
body and life feels good.
“I feel stronger and healthier
now than I ever have. When
I joined WW I had a bad back,
aching knees and anxiety, but
all of these have improved out
of this world.” #

After shedding 18kg in six
months (above, before
and after) Stephanie has
transformed her whole life
and is now a WW Coach.
