150g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small Lebanese cucumber,
spiralised or sliced
½ red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, julienned or
sliced
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1 85g can tuna in springwater,
drained, flaked
2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
