GRILLED FIGS
WITH BALSAMIC
2 figs (halved, grilled) drizzled with
1 tsp balsamic glaze.

Steam 1 cup green beans. Melt 1 tsp
Weight Watchers Buttery Spread with
2 tsp miso paste and ½ tsp caster sugar
in a small frying pan. Drizzle beans with
miso sauce.

MINT SKEWERS
Skewer 3 wedges cooked beetroot,
3 orange segments and 3 fresh mint
leaves onto 3 toothpicks.

CAULIFLOWER
Lightly spray 1½ cups cauliflower
florets with oil and sprinkle with
1 tsp garam masala. Roast in
a 200°C oven for 15 mins. Drizzle
with 1 tsp lemon juice when
serving and sprinkle with fresh
coriander leaves.

Spread 1 artichoke heart (in brine,
drained, halved) with a little harissa,
then skewer with 2 fresh basil leaves
