TOFU, VEGIE & CHILLI JAM STIR-FRY

1 Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry 500g firm tofu (cut into 2cm cubes) in two batches for 1-2 minutes or until golden.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. 2 Heat another 2 tsp sesame oil in wok. Stir-fry 1 bunch baby bok choy (chopped), 200g snow peas
and 115g fresh baby corn for 2 minutes. 3 Add 1 tbs Thai chilli jam, 1 tbs soy sauce and ¼ cup (60ml) water and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until
vegetables are just tender. 4 Return tofu to pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. ADD IT Steamed jasmine rice. Allow
