TWISTED WALL PLANK

Set-up: Start in a plank position with both feet on the
wall and your hands on the ground.
Action: Bend one leg and twist it across the opposite
side of your body; repeat on both sides.

REVERSE
WALL TAPS

Set-up: Start
crouched down
with both hands on
the ground; slightly
lean forward and
up on to the balls of
your feet.
Action: Drive both
legs up and behind
you at the same
time to tap the wall
and return back to
the start; this is a
continuous up-and-
down movement.

you have a wall, then you are ready to go. It’s
called ‘wall work’, and here are eight moves that
will definitely make you work for it while you
shape, tone, and burn a tonne of calories. These
are just some of many moves that can be done off
the wall, but let this be the start to inspire you to
get creative just about anywhere.
