ife before the
challenge:
I’ve trained in the gym
before work for as long
as I can remember, but my diet
always lets me down, as I love
food. I’ve tried fad diets, but
they are just not sustainable,
and I want to be the best role
model for my daughter, as
I want her to have a good
relationship with food.
I started the Oxygen
challenge after reading
the first challenge results
in Oxygen magazine and
being motivated by Team
Hattie’s overall winner, Carina
— and because my work skirt
was too tight and I wasn’t
buying a new one! I’ve tried
other challenges before and
achieved good results, but they
have been calorie-deficient,
not family-friendly, and not
sustainable for life.
Since starting the
challenge, I have my self-
confidence back and am now
wearing my skinny skirt at
work. I love this challenge, as I
have more energy, I’m sleeping
better, and it’s family- and
