MUSIC HIGHLIGHTS

TAPZ
Beautiful Nightmare
Kiwi hip-hop artist TAPZ described growing up in post-colonial Wedza,
a rural district of Zimbabwe, as a ‘beautiful nightmare’, and it was this
that inspired the title, and the gritty and dark, yet also fresh and stirring,
sounds of his debut EP. Make sure to check out lead singleRun Don’t Run.

Slum Sociable
Slum Sociable
The debut self-titled album from
this washed-out, jazz-hop, Melbourne
duo is a confident and ambitious work
that sees them build on their 2015 EP.
You can catch them touring the LP
across Australia this month.

Hanson
Finally It’s Christmas
Since they burst onto the scene in 1997
with the infectious MMMBop, Hanson
have sold more than 16 million albums.
Finally It’s Christmas follows up their first
festive release, and features yuletide
favourites along with a few originals.
