Miley loves hiking, but
also uses Pilates and yoga
to elongate her muscles –
perfect in the lead-up to her
wedding! The 24-year-old
singer often shows off her
impressive yogi moves
on social media, and is a
devotee of Pilates instructor
Mari Winsor, who says it’s
all about core strength.
‘You have to learn to pull
your tummy in to your
lower back as much as
you can,’ advises Mari.

After giving birth to Jameson last year,
Pink’s trainer Jeanette Jenkins has been
mixing up the 38-year-old’s workouts. ‘It
depends on what is going on in her body,’
Jeanette says. ‘We mix up the training


  • sculpting, rowing, boxing, dance, yoga,
    Pilates, power walking, jogging, running
    and cycling.’ She says the aim each week
    is to tighten ‘the muscles of the core’.
