The 25-year-old has shared that her
mixed martial arts (MMA) training is
‘therapeutic’, and will start her session
with more than an hour of it! ‘Depending
on the day, we’ll do boxing, Muay Thai or
Brazilian jujitsu,’ says trainer Jay Glazer.
‘Then she’ll do some sort of recovery,
and then her performance workout.’
