is about weight training.

cardio is your side dish,’
Ben says, ahead of the
25-year-old’s upcoming
wedding. The model has
transformed her body
since adding deadlifts^
(she can lift 90kg) and
sled-pushing (she can shift
245kg!). ‘Strength training
is what I think women
should do to change their
body,’ he explains.
