PLANK WORK
The plank is a workout staple,
as it’s effective at toning
your whole rig. Hold a plank
for a minute each morning
and a minute at night, daily.
Want to make it harder? Add
extra time, or do 60 seconds
of up and down planks. Begin
in a full plank, then lower
your right elbow to the mat
and then the left, coming into
an elbow plank. Then do the
reverse to return to full plank.

    routines. Keep it guessing.’

    guidelines – 70 per cent
    super clean, 20 per cent
    sensible and 10 per cent
    relaxed. ‘You’re going,
    “I can’t have chocolate cake
    daily,” but if it’s 10 per cent
    or less, then it’s not going
    to harm as much,’ he says.
