Perth entrepreneur Blake
Colman certainly isn’t one
to mince words – and he
wasn’t about to start while
chatting to OK! during an
exclusive photo shoot with
the final suitors vying for
Bachelorette Sophie Monk’s
affection. ‘I can match her
as a person... we would
have the best relationship,’
shares the 29-year-old of
what he has to offer over
the other contenders.
Blake also admits that
there’s more to him than
the lad we’ve been seeing.
‘Everything doesn’t make
the [on-air] cut... I may
look a certain way, but I’m
actually not even like that,’
he says. ‘I shared some
stuff about being bullied
in school with Sophie [and]
she saw a softer side.’
Having just come off his
first single date, the show’s
unofficial narrator claims
there’s no doubt in his
mind that he and Sophie
share a ‘strong’ connection.
If they didn’t, he wouldn’t
have stuck around.
‘If I wasn’t into [Sophie],
I would have just walked
off like Ryan [ Jones], but
I’m bringing her to meet
my parents and it’s a big
deal,’ he reveals. ‘I don’t
want to take my parents for
a ride. I’ve put everything
on the line [and] I don’t
want to leave and not get
a rose. If that happened, it
would be f---ing stupid.’
According to Blake,
Soph likes his honesty.
‘I said to her, “Look,
I’m really sick and
tired of hearing all this
generic bullshit... If I ask
you a question, give me
something deep,” and
